Policy


We have taken great care to present only highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your selection, we will accept your return request within 7 days of receiving your item with the following restrictions or conditions:

If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

A restocking fee of 15% will be applicable to items being returned. 

You are responsible for obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). You may request authorization by email at info@shoeboxfurniture.com , or by telephone at 757 270-3827. The outside of the shipping carton must be labeled clearly with the RA#, and the product must be returned within fourteen days after you receive the RA#.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping the product back per instructions from the JSA, Inc. 

The product must be returned in a new-like condition and packed in the original carton with all accompanying manuals and literature. 
Non-returnable items: 

• Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging  
• Custom made or special order items (Example: fabric changes) 
• Opened bedding materials 
• Items without original packaging 

If you receive a wrong item, please notify JSA, Inc. immediately by email at info@shoeboxfurniture.com, or by telephone at 757 270-3827. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued for the return and issue a call tag or label for the return shipping. 
In the rare case that your item(s) unfortunately arrive damaged* or defective, replacements are usually offered at no charge. Simply note any damage upon delivery and contact us immediately. Should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our Standard Return Policy. 

All cancellation requests are forwarded directly to the manufacturer. Cancellation requests are not accepted on items that have shipped or been prepared for shipping. A refusal of the item at delivery will be considered a Return and credit will be issued back to your original payment method minus 15% restocking fees and round-trip shipping charges. Please note that all items are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and if we do not have tracking at the time you request cancellation, this does not mean your order has not shipped. 

In the case that your item is not able to be delivered and requires to be held in storage for the following reasons but is not limited to: 

-Wrong address/Contact information provided to JSA, Inc. 

-Away from residence/not able to accept delivery 

You will have 5 business days to respond to the carrier or contact us to reschedule delivery (some fees may apply). After this timeframe has elapsed and no delivery has been scheduled the order will be returned and refunded under our Standard Return Policy.
*Shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt for damage claims to be submitted or replacement parts to be sent. If you sign the paperwork without noting damage a claim cannot and will not be processed, nor will any replacement parts be given.
